Lahia is on the most prestigious stretches of white sand beaches in all of Cancun, stretching over 500 feet in total and located directly on the beautiful turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. 

Lahia common areas offer such amenities as a variety of  gardens and lawns, kids club with attendant, play room with billiards, foosball and ping pong, tennis court, indoor racquetball, gym with exercise machines, spinning room, palates and aerobic classes. The infinity style swimming pool is the longest of any condominium complex in Cancun. The spa offers massage, facials and a full service salon. Lay out in one of the many sun beds on or around the pool deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea or one of one of the many lounge chairs. It is never over crowded here so no need to reserve chairs at 6am like other places.

 The pool has a round kids section shown to the right above, that is only two feet deep. This connects with a three foot deep section that gradually gets to 6 feet deep in the middle and then comes back up to 4 foot depth at the other end by the large jacuzzi.

Yasser the life guard holds top honors and the record holder for fastest in the water amongst all the guards along this beach. He and an associate are on duty every day watching over the Lahia pool and beach for your safety.

 Beautiful view to the north of the resort hotels. This is a great view from your balcony at night time as well. Watch the moon rise from the horizon as you soak in your jacuzzi hot tub and tip your champagne classes to the lights of the distant cruise ship.

Lahia has a full service separate his and hers Spa areas with dry sauna, steam room, rain showers, whirl pool and private massage rooms.  



The views are spectacular from the 17th floor setting. The puffy white clouds and turquoise waters seem to whisk you away on a journey of tranquility and relaxation. Two nights a week a full service salon is open until 7pm for hair, nails and all that primping before you hit the town for the famous Cancun night life.

A separate room with spinning equipment offers daily classes with an instructor. Check the schedule for yoga and pilates too.

 The tennis court is nicely shaded in the morning for a vigorous match even in the summer. Lights are available for evening play.

Lahia offers under ground parking for two cars per condominium with access to your elevator that takes you directly to your apartment. 

Lahia is a gated community with 24 hour security and electronic surveillance of all common areas. Security monitors pool areas, game rooms and gym so you can feel safe letting your family roam as they please. You must be a guest or owner to enter the Lahia complex. All guests wear a Lahia ID wrist band during their stay.
